* ½ cup Spittin Fire or XXX Hot Sauce.
* ½ cup butter
* 1 Tbl Roux (melt 2 Tbl butter, stir in two Tbl flour cook for 2 minutes let cool)
Melt butter add hot sauce, whisk in roux and heat on low for 4-5 minutes, sauce should thicken.
Toss with wings and serve
